How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your favorite frames, choose your lens options, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
Do I need a prescription to order?
Prescription lenses require a valid, up-to-date prescription from your eye care provider. You can upload it during checkout or email it to us after placing your order. Non-prescription frames can be ordered without one.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically take 7-14 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. No minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team via email or phone to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I exchange my frames for a different pair?
Absolutely! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our team and we'll arrange the swap.
How should I clean my glasses?
Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaning solution. Avoid paper towels, tissues, or clothing as they can scratch the lenses. Rinse under lukewarm water before wiping to remove debris.
Do the frames come with a warranty?
All frames come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
What lens coatings are included?
All our lenses include anti-reflective coating, scratch resistance, and UV400 protection as standard. Blue light filtering and photochromic upgrades are available at checkout.
What prescription types do you support?
We accommodate single vision, bifocal, and progressive prescriptions. If you have a complex prescription, contact our optical team for assistance.
How do I submit my prescription?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, email it to us, or have your eye doctor fax it directly. We'll verify all details before processing your lenses.
How does the Virtual Try-On work?
Our AR-powered virtual try-on uses your device's camera to show how frames look on your face in real-time. Just click the "Try-On" button on any product page — no app download required.
